Friends and supporters of Northwest Kidney Centers gathered for the nonprofit dialysis organization’s Discovery Gala on November 1 at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. Founded in 1962, Northwest Kidney Centers was the first out-of-hospital dialysis program in the world and it is still a model in the field. Thanks to sponsors and 380 attendees, the third annual event raised a record-breaking $691,000 for kidney research.
