On September 20, more than 12,000 volunteers came together for United Way of King County’s Day of Caring. After giving their time at 415 sites throughout King County – from creating birthday bags for kids that are homeless to transforming community centers with cleaning and painting – hundreds celebrated at United Way’s after-party at Seattle Center.
