On May 19, the 22nd annual Premier Chefs Dinner at SoDo Park by Herban Feast raised a record $775,000. Proceeds from the event will fuel immunotherapy research at Fred Hutch. A dozen headliner chefs served a sumptuous four-course dinner. Bravo’s Top Chef Master, author, and James Beard award winner Rick Bayless stole the show with a trip for six to Chicago including dinner at his upscale Topolobampo and a culinary tour of his home, which sold for a staggering $35,000.
