WHAT: Really want to make it work this spring? Look no further, as next week’s Wear Wednesday features Project Runway’s most recent winner, Michelle Lesniak. 

Season 11’s design champ visits Seattle next week to preview her winter/spring 2015 collection. Lesniak got her start in fashion after studying printmaking at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she couldn't seem to put down textiles. The up-and-comer, who hails originally from Portland, describes the line as “dark and moody with hints of sparkle”; sounds a little bit like Seattle, if you ask us. 

WHEN: Meet Lesniak and see the collection on Wednesday, March 4, from 5 to 7. The event is free, so there’s no need to say “auf wiedersehen” to your wallet, though happy hour food and beverages will be available for purchase from Trace.
