This UK-born jeweler makes custom, bespoke pieces for U2 and Tom Cruise, but we think you'll find that his main line at Barneys is quite nice, too.

WHAT: UK-born jeweler Malcolm Betts sets up shop for the day—namely, "36 pieces; a large selection of rings and many of them engagement, also some statement rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces," the downtown store tells me.
Betts's style is modern and industrial; each piece bears a strong sense of the hand work that it required.
