Desiree Hartsock of The Bachelorette season nine and her husband-to-be, Seattle native Chris Siegfried, will be tying the televised knot later this year. But first, a party.

The couple, who now live in Seattle, held their intimate engagement dinner on February 23 at Woodinville's DeLille Cellars, featuring a Northwest-focused menu with wintry favorites like Dungeness crab pot pie, wild mushroom and kale bread pudding, and a sprawling dessert table provided by local culinary center Blue Ribbon Cooking. The lush, romantic bouquets came from Seattle's Flora Nova.

"The main inspiration was to create a menu that brought people together in celebration," Blue Ribbon director Vanessa Volkman told us. "Family-style service and upgraded modern comfort foods naturally create a warm, inviting, and familiar dining experience."
