This spring we're decorating in Technicolor. From neon brights to pretty pastels, here are six ways to color your home wonderful.

Take it from Nordstrom’s fashion director, Gregg Andrews, when he proclaims, “Color is one of the biggest trends we’re seeing this spring.”

Gucci sent a rainbow of head-to-toe hues in sherbet, cobalt, and ochre ready-to-wear out for spring. Derek Lam went a bit more subtle—a yellow midi skirt here, a red midriff-baring outfit there. And we put together a colorful jumble of locally sourced looks in our own spring fashion spread.

For interiors the same rules apply. Neons feel bright and joyous, while washed-out shades and softer pastels have the everyday ease of a neutral.
