Lori Gill is a highly accomplished property management professional and a Seattle native who grew up in the Beacon Hill neighborhood. Her career in property management began in 1989, and she has since gained extensive experience in various aspects of the industry. In 2001, Lori became a franchise owner of Windermere Property Management, and from there, she focused on building a company with core values centered around family, integrity, and community.
Lori’s dedication and commitment to excellence have led to the establishment and maintenance of Lori Gill & Associates, a company filled with talented individuals who share her vision. The firm’s primary goal is to provide much-needed housing in the local communities they serve while ensuring property owners’ investments are protected. Building strong relationships with both residents and property owners has been a key focus, which has contributed to the firm’s ongoing success. A major aspect of Lori Gill & Associates’ philosophy is giving back to the communities they operate in. Over the years, they have demonstrated their commitment to philanthropy by donating over $30,000 annually through the Windermere Foundation to various local charities.
