Carissa began her real estate career in 2000 and has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. In 2010, she changed her focus to residential properties in the greater Seattle and Eastside areas. As a Seattle native, she has deep roots in this area and a keen understanding of the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, zoning regulations, and local economies.
