Dry Fly Distilling picked up in Washington state where prohibition left off. We are the first grain distillery in Washington State since the days of prohibition. Founder Don Poffenroth created Dry Fly Distilling in 2007 out of a passion for fly-fishing and the Pacific Northwest. Dry Fly embraces the farm to bottle approach and believes it is the consumer’s right to know what they’re drinking, where it came from, and how it was produced.
