City council member Jean Godden's onetime fundraiser, Colby Underwood, defected to work for her challenger Bobby Forch this year, a gig that has earned him just under $13,000 so far (compared to about $46,000 Godden spent on Underwood's services during her 2007 campaign).

But Underwood isn't the only Godden supporter who has switched their allegiance to Forch (or, at the very least, is hedging their bets). Here's a list of 2007 (and, in some cases, 2011) Godden contributors who gave money to her challenger this year:

- Conservative public affairs consultant George Griffin, who gave Godden $250 in 2007 and gave Forch $700 this year;

- Goodman Real Estate president George Petrie and his wife Alyssa, who gave Godden a total of $1,400 in 2007 and gave Forch a total of $1,400 this year;

- Drug giant Eli Lilly, which gave Godden $700 in 2007 and $250 this year and gave Forch $500 this year;

- The Hewitt architecture firm, which gave Godden $250 in both 2007 and 2011 and gave Forch $250 this year;

- Developer Jim Mueller, who gave Godden $175 in 2007 and $700 in 2011 and gave Forch $250 this year;

- Argosy Cruises founder John Blackman, who gave Godden $475 in 2007 and $700 in 2011, and gave Forch $250 this year; and

- Architect Donald King who gave Godden $500 in 2007 and gave Forch $200 this year.

We have calls out to several of the former Godden donors to find out why they gave to Forch this year.
