Over at the PI.com, Joel Connelly has a report on the US House vote to repeal light bulb efficiency standards. The Republicans didn't get the two-thirds vote they needed and US Rep. Dave Reichert (R-WA, 8 ) was one of the 'No' votes that stalled the measure.



Washington State's other three Republicans—Reps. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, Doc Hastings, and Jaime Herrera Beutler voted 'Yes.'
