City council candidate Maurice Classen, the King County prosecutor who's one of three challengers running against two-term incumbent Jean Godden, just announced several more endorsements. In addition to conservative Democratic state Sen. Margarita Prentice (D-11), who we reported is supporting Classen last week, Classen's backers now include liberal state Rep. Hans Dunshee (D-44), state Rep. Roger Goodman (D-45), and King County Council member (and attorney general candidate) Bob Ferguson.

Prentice is the only one of the four endorsers announced today who's given money to Classen so far. Classen says he has raised more than $100,000, or more than twice what any other council challenger has raised.
