At last night's League of Women Voters transportation forum, Sound Transit Deputy CEO Celia Kupersmith had some good news: Agency CEO Joni Earl, who has been recovering from heart surgery since March (she had a heart valve replaced) is back on the job part-time.

This past week, Kupersmith said, Earl came in to work for three hours, and hopes to double that every week until June, when she hopes to participate in the Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure, which raises money for breast cancer research.
