The Seattle Times adds a ton of new reporting to the news we originally outed in Fizz this morning about Seattle City Light Jorge Carrasco's potential new job at the Salt River Project, a public utility in Phoneix, Arizona.

According to the Times' reporting, Carrasco was recruited as one of two outside candidates—the other being Bonnevillle Power CEO Stephen Wright. Their article also includes some useful background on Carrasco's professional experience and legacy at Seattle City Light.
