KOMO Cola: Erica vs. Schram
Erica will be on KOMO radio with Ken Schram at 1:45 this afternoon to talk about the news she reported on Monday: The city council is queuing up legislation to mandate paid sick leave for employees citywide.
The lefty legislation would put us on the map with the Socialists in Milwaukee, the hippies in San Francisco, and the progressives in Washington, D.C. as just the fourth city in the country to enact this kind of labor law.
I guess the idea doesn't sit well with mainstream-y leaning Libertarian Schram at KOMO, because he invited Erica—as if she proposed the legislation herself or something—onto his show to duke it out.
