By Erica C. Barnett April 8, 2011

Jeanne Kohl-Welles' (D-34) bill to license and regulate medical marijuana dispensaries is now in line to be heard on the house floor, allaying advocates' fears that the legislation was stuck in the house rules committee as of yesterday afternoon.
