WA GOP Postpones Wisconsin Rally; Worried About Bad Weather

In his first big action as new Washington State Republican Party Chair, Kirby Wilbur called for a rally in Olympia tomorrow to support Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker's call to outlaw state unions from collective bargaining.
Wilbur's email invite said:
Stand with Governor Walker
Dear Friends,
Tomorrow, Wednesday February 23rd, thousands of Washington taxpayers will gather in Olympia to show their support of governor Scott Walker in his efforts to rein in the costs of state government.
We urge you to attend if you can. The rally will be held on the north steps of the Capitol building, starting at 4pm.
Governor Walker has drawn the line in a battle that must be won to secure his state's financial future. The public employee unions and professional leftists have organized to defeat him, and he needs our support.
If you cannot attend the rally, I want to encourage you to show your support for Governor Walker, and become a fan of his on Facebook.
His courage is an example to us all, and the outcome in Wisconsin will determine to a large extent whether we can turn our country around. He must win so that we all will win, and enjoy a brighter more secure future.
A half hour after that email went out, though, Wilbur, citing concerns about tomorrow's weather, sent out a second email rescheduling the rally for Saturday.
RESCHEDULED: Stand with Governor Walker
Dear Friends,
I apologize for sending you two messages in one day, but due to the Winter Storm Advisory warning, the rally to show our support for Governor Walker has been rescheduled to this Saturday, February 26th at 11am at the north steps of the Capitol building in Olympia.
Again, if you cannot attend the rally, I want to encourage you to show your support for Governor Walker, and become a fan of his on Facebook.
We appreciate your support, and will see you on Saturday.
Hmmm. Getting skittish about bad weather kind of undermines the solidarity with their Wisconsin counterparts. It's 25 degrees in Madison, WI today ("feels like 19") and they're calling for snow showers tomorrow night.
To riff off Sarah Palin. Wilbur doesn't sound like a "real" cheese head to me.
