According to the King County Sheriff's office, a skull found in a ravine in Auburn Monday has been positively identified as Rebecca "Becky" Moreno, a likely victim of "Green River Killer" Gary Ridgeway. According to a press release from the department, Moreno was last seen leaving a motel at S. 168th St. and Pacific Highway South, and was just 20 years old when she was killed.
