I realize this doesn't have anything to do with PubliCola's regular coverage, but this is hard for me to resist. My BFF, Tom Nissley, has now won three straight nights ($71,203) on Jeopardy. He's on again tonight.

The world is now discovering what our little gang (Tom and I go back to jr. high) has known for decades. Tom is the smartest man in the world.
