The rematch between US Congressman Rick Larsen (D-2) and two-time GOP challenger John Koster is coming down to the wire, with Larsen now leading his opponent by 500 votes. On election night, Koster was leading Larsen by 1,500 votes. Currently, according to the Journal of the San Juans, Koster is leading Larsen in four of the six counties in the 2nd District.
