The Washington Bus, the grassroots group that activates young voters to knock on doors for progressive candidates across the state, released video profiles of its six 2010 priority candidates today.

The Bus' six-pack: Democrat Andy Billig, who's running for the open House seat in the 3rd Legislative District (Spokane); Democrat Joe Fitzgibbon, who's running for the open House seat in the 34th District (W. Seattle, Vashon, Maury, and Burien); Democratic State Sen. Randy Gordon, who's facing a tough challenge from moderate Republican Steve Litzow in the 41st (Mercer Island); progressive Democrat Nick Harper, who's challenging incumbent Democratic Sen. Jean Berkey in the 38th (Everett, Marysville, Tulalip); Democratic State Sen. Claudia Kauffman, who's facing a stiff challenge from GOPer Joe Fain in the 47th (Renton Highlands to Kent to Kiss Song); and pugnacious progressive State Rep. Geoff Simpson (also in the 47th), who's up against two Republican challengers in the Southeast King County swing turf.

Here's the Bus' Simpson video (where Simpson talks about the "right wing attack machine"):

And here's Fitzgibbon's video (featuring a slap at the old Democratic guard with some wattage from Green Day):
