As promised in our earlier write up of Gov. Chris Gregoire's afternoon press conference  (she's challenging the group of state attorneys general who are suing the feds over the reform bill), we've got video from her speech at Seattle's Cupcake Royale—a small business, whose owner, Jody Hall, says her shop will benefit from the reform bill.

It's hard not to note the irony of talking about health care at a cupcake shop, but as Hall (who also spoke) said, "small businesses pay premiums that are 18 percent higher than what big businesses pay" noting that she was once hit with a 40 percent increase, faced with the option to "pay these increases or bring my coverage to a lower standard ... I don't really have a choice in the matter."

Hall concluded: "The affordable care act will really help small businesses, and I wanted to kind of back up our governor on this."
