Washington Attorney General Rob McKenna's daughter, Madeleine McKenna, was elected President of the Associated Students of the University of Washington (ASUW)—the student government—on Thursday night.

McKenna was part of the One Campus slate, which was endorsed by the campus Young Democrats, and colleagues describe her as "much more liberal ... well, less conservative than her dad."
