I don't have any more  details than this: An ititiative to privatize liquor sales has was filed with the Secretary of State today, but I have calls out to: UFCW, who have sworn to fight the initiative; the Modernize Washington Campaign, who filed the initiative today; and Strategies 360, the local consultant group that has been working on filing an inititiave.
