As I noted earlier, city council members put the pressure on constituents to turn out at this year's unveiling of their 2010 priorities this afternoon. Big turnout would create a visible contrast between the council's agenda and that of Mayor Mike McGinn, who delivered his State of the City speech last week to a half-empty council chambers.
