This one-bedroom, top-floor, corner co-op apartment has the vibe of a beautiful loft, complete with exposed brick and arched windows. It's located in the eclectic Lorington, which was built as apartments in 1909 and converted to a housing cooperative in 1949. Each unit has a distinct identity. We covered another one a couple of years ago—a ground-floor corner unit and former art gallery—and from the inside, they don’t even look like they’re in the same building.

The gallery-style lights, metallic backsplash, and an exposed timber support beam work with the brick to create a light industrial look that’s still cozy.
