The Seattle and Eastside Guide to Christmas (Eve) Dining

’Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house not a chicken was braising nor a soul stringing last-minute decor. Why? This little house left the holiday meals to the experts.
Hotel-adjacent restaurants—and a few brave independent spots—stay open during the holidays, dishing out multicourse meals complete with well-decorated dining rooms. So bring on the dessert buffets and the copious amounts of prime rib—hold the dirty dish cleanup.
