Mills brings his Texan affinity for cooking with fire plus a background cooking everywhere, from the Microsoft headquarters to his grandmothers' kitchens, where he picked up many a skill and southern flair.

Lynnwood will be the first Washington location for this fast-growing chain of Neapolitan-style pizza. It launched in LA back in 2015, now it officially opens this weekend in the Alderwood in Lynnwood. The grand opening—September 30 through October 2—brings free, fresh out of the wood-fired oven margherita pizza (one per customer, no purchase necessary, though toppings will cost you).
