Ursa Minor
Ferry ride, anyone? Chef Nick Coffey (formerly of Ciudad, Cafe Barjot) will open his restaurant on Lopez Island come springtime.

Pho Bac Súp Shop
There’ll be satisfying pho to be sure, but also clams with tamarind, fish sauce chicken wings, cream puffs with a pandan coconut filling, plus a full bar and cafe.

FareStart
Long a pioneer of training low-income food workers, FareStart has partnered with Amazon to open five forthcoming eateries for a new paid apprenticeship program.

Dragonfish Asian Cafe
Downtown will be temporarily down one pan-Asian restaurant. It’s closed for a remodel and aim to reopen, with a new look and new menu, in mid-March.
