Here it is—your week to celebrate in restaurants, either for general holiday merriment or shopping breaks or celebratory traditions. Three Decembers ago I asked readers to write in their favorite Seattle holiday restaurant traditions, and we got some great ones. A mix of classics and novel new ideas, swanky restaurants and bars.
