Negroni Week Returns
Given Seattle’s love of bitter flavors and aperitif cocktails, it was no surprise that Negroni Week was kind of a big deal last year. This year it returns with more than 20 bars taking part in the Campari festivities including Rob Roy, Pennyroyal, and Bitter/Raw. Each participating bar is donating a portion of sales from the poppy-hued cocktail to charities of their choice throughout the week.
