Back in November, Curbside Provisions introduced Bellevue's first food truck pod, a convient little congregation amongst the otherwise scattered 425 street food scene. But the pod only appeared for the Friday lunch hour; a cruelly brief oasis at the end of the week. The hope was that if succesful enough, the pod would be able to expand its schedule.

Well, succesful it was, because starting now, the Bellevue pod will be hosting a rotating lineup of food trucks five days a week. That's right. Monday through Friday at at 620 106th Ave NE.

More days means more variety. Grab some Snout and Co. Cuban sandwiches on Monday. Sample the tandoori oven cuisine of NaanSense on Tuesday. Feeling like going classic this Thursday? Try the always dependable Skillet.

Rush back to the office no longer: The daily hours have also expanded, now 11am–2pm.
