Food and Wine is conducting its first-ever people’s-choice poll on the best new bars in America—and they want to hear from you.

Bars open three years or less have been nominated from across the country, for readers to vote on at this Food and Wine online poll site. The 100 nominees are “establishments that have gone above and beyond what we expect from the typical bar,” say the promo materials—and in Seattle, they say, that means:  

Damn the Weather

Percy’s and Co.

Radiator Whiskey

Rumba

Stoneburner

Witness

Throw in Bellevue’s Bar Code and Tacoma’s Hilltop Kitchen for good measure.

Each region will have a winner, which along with the Big Kahuna winner will be announced October 2. So vote already—you have until 5pm, September 30.
