The most recent episode of American Hipster Presents takes us inside Bait Shop, the Linda Derschang joint opening on north Broadway. The nautical-inspired bar/restaurant ("I just bought a seven-foot-long marlin the other day") is in the final throes of construction, and if this video is any indicator promises the Derschangian touches we've come to know and love (when asked about the possibility of taxidermy, Derschang quips, "I kind of want one jackalope just tucked somewhere").
