It's that time when Bon Appétit announces its favorite new restaurants. But rather than just declare the top crop as in years past, the magazine has released a list of 50 nominees "changing the way we eat," among them Artusi and Terra Plata.

Known Seattle fan Andrew Knowlton will announce the winning bunch (aka the "Hot 10") on August 14. 

Some things working in Artusi and Terra's favor: slushy machine, rooftop patio, really good food.
