No word on when it might open, but MyBallard snaps a photo of a new eatery, Vietnam Cafe and Sandwich, opening soon where Cafe Cuzco used to be (on the corner of 57th Street and 15th Avenue).

The Coterie Room, the third venture of Brian McCracken and Dana Tough (Spur, Tavern Law), is now cooking in the erstwhile Restaurant Zoe spot.

The first annual Eat Out on Capitol Hill takes place tonight, September 14. Restaurants across the neighborhood will donate a portion of proceeds to Country Doctor Community Health Centers.

Dulces Latin Bistro plans to reopen on Western Avenue in the long-vacant Typhoon! spot. Owners Carlos Kainz and Julie Ann Guerrero hope to fire up the kitchen in early October.

A new, Clover-blessed Starbucks has debuted on the corner of Fourth and Union, according to StarbucksMelody.

In other coffee news, Andrew Milstead is opening Milstead and Co. next week on North 34th Street, according to Sprudge. The shop will feature Stumptown, Intelligentsia, and Coava blends.

Five-year-old wine bar Bricco della Regina Anna is closing Tuesday, making way for new restaurant LloydMartin. Quinn’s and Oddfellows vet Sam Crannell is helming the project.

On Thursday Molly Moon’s opens at 321 Galer Street. Swing by between 3 and 5 and kids get free cones.

Queen Anne View reports Mezcaleria Oaxaca, from the owners of Ballard’s crazy popular La Carta De Oaxaca, is due soon near Pasta and Co., which shuttered over the weekend.
