Allison Williams helms Seattle Met’s travel blog Tripster, and she’s been filling it up with some very interesting beer-slash-travel-slash-nature things as of late.

This is what we like to see.

For instance, a beer train. Williams says that Lagunitas is sponsoring a scenic rails ride with views of Mount Rainier National Park that includes an overnight camping trip. The cost also includes a beer mug that you can fill up with Lagunitas all day long.

Tripster also informs us that the Noble Fir in Ballard is hosting a hiker social tonight, Wednesday August 10, with "hiking guru Craig Romano." So if that’s your thing, do that thing.

Hmm, that was easy. Wonder how I could get the other Seattle Met blogs to cover booze related-news?
