The Lucky Diner opened Tuesday morning, reports Eater. Currently serving until 4am on weekends, Lucky has plans to transition to 24-hour service soon.

Skillet Diner is working on a late-night happy hour menu.

Potbelly Sandwich Works is now toasting sandwiches at Fourth and Pike.

Sullivan’s Steakhouse has launched Sully’s On the Run, offering grab-and-go boxed lunches. The lunches feature soups, salads, sides, and sandwiches and are available weekdays 11–3.

The highly anticipated Michael Mina wine bar and restaurant RN74 is scheduled to open Monday, June 13 with lunch service. The offshoot of the San Francisco original is in the Joshua Building (right next to Potbelly, in fact).

The toques at Szmania’s recently overhauled the menu to give it a meaty focus, says Eater. The restaurant boasts a rehabbed interior and new name to match: Szmania’s Steakhouse and Bar.

Bang Bar has set an opening date for Friday, June 10, reports West Seattle Blog. The Thai restaurant at 4750 California Ave SW will serve just dinner the first week, but lunch and happy hour menus are in the works.

The University District Farmers Market will premiere the weekly Market Bites at U-Heights “food court” this Saturday at 9am, reports U District Daily. Vendors will include Lone Pierogi, Rolling Fire Pizza, Tandoozy, Patty Pan, Citizen, Half Pint Ice Cream, and House of the Sun.
