Maximus Minimus Makes Its Return
The food truck is back on the road.

Behold the return of the pig: Maximus Minimus gasses up for the season.
For many Seattleites, it’s the cherry blossoms that herald the return of spring. For food folk, it’s catching sight of a behemoth, pointy-eared, and four-wheeled pig.
Maximus Minimus, the mobile kitchen of Kurt Beecher Dammeier, slinged the season’s first batch of pulled pork and honey mustard slaw on Monday in its usual downtown spot on Second and Pike, apparently with a new pork sandwich on offer.
You can usually find the pig parked there weekdays from 11–2.
