I don’t know a lot about football, but I know that it’s weird that the Seahawks are playing the New Orleans Saints this Saturday, Janaury 8 after winning the division title with a crappy record. I know because my colleague Laura Dannen told me.

So where should you watch this historical happening? Here are the promotions:

1. The Bookstore Bar is opening at 10:30am on the 8th and offering a burger and a beer for $12 as well as a 12th Man Brunch Special: two eggs, meat, potatoes, a silver dollar pancake, and a Bloody Mary.

2. Let me ask you this: Do you enjoy blue drinks? Because the Wing Dome is featuring a $5 blue drink in honor of the historical occasion. It’s a PINT glass filled with vodka, Curacao, lime wedges and a topper of lemonade.

3. If you don Seahawks apparel, go to Tacos Guaymas in Greenlake, and buy a drink, you’ll get a free appetizer.

4. Fuel in Pioneer Square is opening at 9am and serving breakfast until 1:30. There are promises of food and drink specials all day.
