Adding fuel to the roving revolution: Lick. The new ice cream food truck mashing Asian, soul, and Carribean cuisines is expecting to hit the road imminently.

According to the truck’s Facebook page, "Lick blends the exotic spices and flavors of Asian, Soul and Caribbean fare in ways that will captivate Seattleites’ palettes and create a healthy addiction to ‘finger-licking good food.’"

Lick is currently in the process of picking a logo and is asking Seattleites to vote for their favorite, which you can do via their Facebook account.
