What: Every week, West Seattle restaurant Spring Hill packs in patrons giddy for Mark Fuller’s Monday Supper. Type-As can plan ahead and reserve four seats for the fried chicken dinner. The more spontaneous can just show up for a rotating a la carte supper menu featuring family favorites like spaghetti and meatballs.

When: Mondays starting at 5:45.

Why you should go: Word has it the chicken undergoes a three-day cooking process. Still not convinced? Consider the waiting list, currently booked four weeks out.

Cost: Chicken dinner is $80 for four people; supper menu is a la carte
