When you visit the website for Sandella’s Flatbread Cafe, the first thing you notice is the bolded claims. The sandwich-salad-all-things-lunch chain made Fast Casual magazine’s 2008 "Top 100 Movers & Shakers List." Also prominently touted: "Sandella’s is the largest and fastest growing flatbread concept in the World!" (Note the exclamation point.)

Sandella, wherever he is, is proud of these facts and would like you know to it.

The Sandella’s franchise currently has more than 500 stores in the pipeline. One of those is in Seattle. According to David R. Blanco, operations manager for the Seattle cafe, it will open in mid-June in the City Centre at 1420 Fifth Avenue.
