Head over to West Seattle’s Eats Market Café for pan roasted cod with creamy polenta cake, wilted spinach, and warm beet jus for $16.95.

Johnathan Sundstrom at Lark is preparing pan roasted Spanish mackerel with carmelized endives, satsumas, and Aleppo pepper in a butter sauce, $17. You can also enjoy a Painted Hills ribeye steak with crispy potatoes, butternut squash, and black trumpet mushrooms, $30.
