Visit Italian Iole Aguero at Issaquah’s PCC Store as she shares recipes for an array of twice-baked biscotti decadency, ranging from the traditional Almond Anise to Quadruple Chocolate and Cornmeal Currant. Turn these elegant treats into holiday presents with her gift wrapping instruction finale. $40; registration required.

Dec 13, 1-4pm Sushi Workshop at Cook’s World
Guest Sushi Chef Shawn Dempsey of Fremont’s Chiso lays out the whole process of Sushi cuisine, focusing on the right colors, flavors, and textures to make it easily translatable in your own home kitchen. This three-hour class at Cook’s World (2900 NE Blakeley St) teaches you what to keep in stock for that quick, ready-in-minutes Sushi hors d’oeuvre. $70; registration required.
