What’s cooking at Tulio, Campagne, and Carmelita.

Might as well start stretching that stomach for next Thursday’s meal, right?

Head downtown to Tulio for wild Alaskan halibut with creamy black herb risotto, four onion arugula salad, and blood orange oil, $29.

At Campagne, try the poulet demi-deuil (a young chicken partially stuffed with black truffles) with chard and vin blanc, $42.

Carmelita is the place to go for roasted acorn squash soup with pumpkin seed oil and toasted pepitas, $8, and roasted beet pizza with Point Reys blue cheese, toasted walnuts, and wild watercress salad, $17. Save room for the wild blueberry tart, with fiori- and salt-whipped cream and chestnut honey, $8. But before you order anything, try the $5 honey roasted pear bellini with Metaxa brandy and prosecco.
