The quaint, French bistro Madison Park Café has a halibut bouillabaisse served with clams, prawns, caramelized fennel, fish consomme, toast points, and rouille for $27.

Downtown at Italian favorite The Pink Door you’ll find an $18 Pantelleria-style spaghetti with sword fish, tomatoes, Sicilian capers, and olives. For $3 more try the spearfish pasta with pistachio crust and aquapazza; braised water greens and purple potatoes from Baird Orchards in Royal City are served on the side.
