Wild Ginger Comes to Bellevue

Be among the first to dine at WGII

By Jessica Voelker September 8, 2009

Lucas St Clair will run the wine program.

Maybe it’s your dream to be among the first to eat fragrant duck at Wild Ginger’s new Eastside location, and maybe it’s not. We don’t know.

Here’s what we do know: A week from today—Monday September 14th— Wild Ginger part deux opens in Bellevue’s Bravern building. And if you stop by the Bravern’s Grand Opening party on the 12th or 13th, you can make reservations to be among the first to eat there.

Wild Ginger II—let’s call it WGII for short, shall we?—will serve lunch and dinner, and a daily happy hour runs from 3-6pm (there’s a late HH Mon-Sat).

Lucas St Clair will run the wine program, Jacky Lo (Redhook Brewing, Bennett’s Pure Food Bistro) will chef, and Rick and Ann Yoder will own. The decor, per the press release, has a “Northwest-modern feel that references themes from the Seattle restaurant even as it incorporates new elements and ideas.” Expect teak.
