A quick, sparkling suggestion from our wine critic

Last week on a visit to rain-drenched Massachusetts, I discovered my sister to be wildly obsessed with two things: "True Blood"—the campy-ass vampire series on HBO—and prosecco. True Blood this, prosecco that: That’s my sister right now. I can see why she is into both, but my enthusiasm extends only to the bloodsuckers.
I’m just tired of drinking prosecco. You too? Well stop buying it, son. Here’s a sparkling suggestion from a Seattle Met wine critic, Conde Cox: Multi-vintage (Imported by Triage Wines) Vin de Savoie Methode Traditionnelle ($17) by Domaine Labbé. "It is made from the local alpine wine grape, Mauzac,” says Cox, who loves the sparkler’s “light citrus scent, lasting mousse, and elegant bubbles.”
